Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy differs from that of non-perishable goods. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Important Note: Fresh flowers are perishable items. To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we recommend inspecting your flowers immediately upon delivery and contacting us within 24 hours if you encounter any issues.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers or plants arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive items that do not match your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund.
  • Late Delivery: If your order is delivered substantially later than the scheduled delivery date and time (excluding circumstances beyond our control), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Canceled Events: For event floristry, if an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (with proper documentation), we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services, subject to our cancellation policy.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their perishable nature, flowers that have been in your possession for more than 24 hours cannot be returned unless they were defective upon delivery and you have photographic evidence of their condition.

3. Refund Timelines and Methods

Once your return or refund is approved, the following timelines and methods apply:

  • Credit Card Refunds: Refunds to credit cards are typically processed within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: Refunds via bank transfer typically take 5-7 business days to process.
  • Store Credit: Store credit is issued immediately upon approval of your return or refund request.
  • Replacement Products: Replacement products will be delivered as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days, subject to availability.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. The refund amount will include the price of the product(s) and any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of product or service:

  • Standard Bouquets and Arrangements: Orders can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the order value, depending on the progress of the order.
  • Event Floristry: For event floristry services, our cancellation policy is as follows:
    • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: Full refund of any deposits paid
    • Cancellation 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of any payments made
    • Cancellation 7-14 days before the event: 25% refund of any payments made
    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund
  • Workshops and Classes: Workshop bookings can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. Cancellations made 3-7 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred to another person or rescheduled subject to availability.

Force Majeure: In cases of cancellations due to events beyond your control (e.g., severe weather, illness with documentation, bereavement), we may offer more flexible refund terms at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

5. Quality Guarantee

At Crexvorx, we take pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and plants. We offer the following guarantees:

  • Fresh Flower Guarantee: We guarantee that our fresh flowers will remain in good condition for at least 5 days from delivery, provided they are properly cared for according to our care instructions.
  • Plant Guarantee: Indoor plants are guaranteed for 14 days from delivery, provided they are properly cared for according to our care instructions.
  • Event Floristry Guarantee: We guarantee that all floral arrangements for events will be fresh, beautiful, and as specified in your contract on the day of the event.

If your flowers or plants do not meet these guarantees, please contact us with photographic evidence, and we will provide a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
